Kildare County haved earned a First Division grade license along with another 7 clubs after a committee's final decision at the weekend. Cobh Ramblers who were playing in the Premier Division and then relegated last season are in the 'A' Championship license.

Finn Harps, and Drogheda United two have Premier licenses. The Louth club were in serious finacial trouble but came out of examinership a fortnight ago to retain the top flight status.
