Bohemians will face life in the Champions League for the early stages of next season's competition with a difficult second qualifying round tie against the Austrian champions Red Bull Salzburg. They are the current
Austrian Bundesliga Champions who also won a title under Giovanni Trapattoni in 2007. The first leg for Bohemians is away in Salzburg on July 14th or 15th. The second leg will be at Dalymount Park a week after the first leg.
It is a tough tie for the Dublin side although Salzburg lost Co Adriaanse at the end of last season and was replaced by Dutchman Huub Stevens. The Austrian side have also lost five experienced players who were part of the title winning side last season.
