Irish Under 21 manager Don Givens

Among those included in the 18 man squad are Burnley’s Karl Bermingham, and the eircom League quartet of Darren Quigley and Gary Dicker (UCD), Roy O’Donovan (Cork City) and Stephen Ward from Bohemians.

Omitted from the squad are some of the regular faces as Givens builds for the future.

Republic of Ireland play Cyprus in Larnaca on Friday 7th October at 2pm (Irish Time) while their final game against Switzerland will take place in Tolka Park on Tuesday 11th October at 7.45pm.
