Under 19 Squad named for Euro qualifers

The competition will take place in Cork from 16th to 20th October with Ireland competing with Northern Ireland, Italy and Moldova to take one of the two places in next year's Elite phase of qualification.

The Republic of Ireland under-19 squad were last in action in late August in a pair of drawn friendlies with Bulgaria.

The squad will report to the squad manager Sean McCaffrey on Thursday 13th October and will play their games on Sunday 16th, Tuesday 18th and Thursday 20th. Three venues will be used in Cork for the games: Turners Cross, Cobh and Midleton.

Tuesday 18th Oct —
Northern Ireland v Italy 2.30pm Midleton
REP OF IRE v Moldova 7.00pm Cobh

Thursday 20th Oct —
REP OF IRE v Italy 7.00pm Turners Cross
Northern Ireland v Moldova 7.00pm Cobh

Top two teams will qualify to the next phase.
