Richard Sadlier who played for Millwall before injury crushed his footballing career was on the end of a Roy Keane rant. Sadlier who wrote the article about Clive Clarke and then had a Q+A with the footballer about life after his heart attack. In this he was asked about Roy Keane and Clarke spoke bluntly telling the journalist that Keane would bang chairs and lose the head.
He felt Keane who as a player and now a manager showed little or no care for reputations of others.
Sadlier said in his Sunday Indepenent article that Keane rang him and did a one way conversation raging about the article. He then referred to Sadlier as a "Spiteful c##t" and hung up.
Sadlier was only writing down quotes from the player and did his article without giving it much thought. Roy Keane has attacked everyone from the FAI to Man United but seems a little sensitive when it comes to somebody talking about him. A little give or take or is Keano still the same fella who lamblasted United on MUTV shortly before his exit. I'll be waiting for the phonecall.
