Bobby Robson Taken To Hospital

The 73-year-old, who was paraded in front of the crowd at Portman Road after being named honorary club president, complained of feeling unwell 10 minutes into the game.

A statement released by the club read: 'He was attended by the club doctor and, as a precaution, was transferred to Ipswich hospital.

'The club has no further comment to make.'

Robson's cancer specialist, Dr Hugh Davies, was Robson's guest at the match and accompanied him to the hospital.
