Morrison to Join Canaries

Morrison on the move
Morrison has made it clear that he was looking to move away from St Andrews to gain first team football.

Southampton and Sunderland were also thought to be interested in the 26-year-old, although Black Cats boss Mick McCarthy admitted today any move for Morrison was unlikely

The striker is currently the fourth choice striker at St Andrews behind Emile Heskey, Walter Pandiani and Mikael Forssell but a move to Carrow Road could see him form a formidable partnership at Championship level with Dean Ashton.

Should personal terms be agreed, Morrison will link up with fellow Ireland international Gary Doherty at the Canaries.
